Here's How It Works
In our secure facility, we manufacture custom photo ID cards on demand for our corporate clients. We can add various security features to the cards to deter counterfeiting. We can also add features like Magstripe Encoding, Bar Codes, Smart Chips, Proximity Cards, etc., to the basic card in order to further enhance card security and allow the card to function in your time and attendance and access control systems. We can also print directly to cards supplied by your access control vendors.

If you are located in the Greater Cincinnati area, your employees can come to our offices for their photos and walk away with a finished ID card in less than 5 minutes.

How to Sign Up - Five Easy Steps
Instructions will be provided after you download and install the software, but below you will find instruction on how the process works:

1. Download our free software or request one of our free CD's.
   Note: Software is available for free download at: Synercard. After downloading, you will need to contact us to obtain our secure IP address. To get this information, you can e-mail your request to: idcards@photoidsystems.net, or call 800.323.6457
2. Register with our Server.
3. Design your ID card in the Software's Built-In Design Center (or request us to design your card)
4. Enter your variable data (name, title, etc.) and upload your photos in the Data Entry Center.
5. Press "Send" and the cards will be sent to us for immediate processing!

Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the number of cards you estimate we will make for you. We accept as few as 1-5 ID's up to tens of thousands of cards for larger clients. We have pricing plans that offer discounts for higher quantities.
